Zonal Sales Manager

ROLE OBJECTIVE

The incumbent will be responsible for sales and distribution of products and services to meet the existing and future needs of our customers. She/he will focus on positioning the business for sustainable future profitable growth and achieve business goals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Distribution
• Responsible for Commercial target for the Flow Product for a region/geography/cluster of Lenders as per the IMGC organization structure and commercial requirements
• Work jointly with Sales Head on other product requirements of Customers and deliver product support on achievement of Target
• Work with Lenders and its Channel partners to identify key challenges and opportunities for the product proposition
• Work with Operations, Risk, IT, Finance teams to find solutions to the challenges faced by the Customer, Lender and its Channel partners
• Advise senior management on strategic initiatives in product and market development, make senior management presentations and recommendations on new product entry
• Champion the voice of the customer at a national level to develop strategies that will increase market share, customer satisfaction and revenue
• Analyse market, industry and competitive information to create opportunities
• Provide highest level of customer support to customers to promote product adoption
• Manage relationships at a branch and sales channel level to ensure right sourcing of loans
• Work closely with the IMGC Marketing team to ensure appropriate level of market awareness and targeting the right customers to build pipeline and sales volumes
• Provide Market intelligence from a competitive and customer stand point
• Working with cross functional teams to design, deliver, monitor and evaluate strategies

• Experience in Consumer lending sales

• A deep understanding of the mortgage/financial services industry and comprehensive knowledge of commercial industry challenges
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically on short notice, as the role involves 50+% travel

EDUCATION

Master’s or equivalent degree in Business

EXPERIENCE

12+ years of functional business experience (sales, managing sales channel, product, and marketing etc.)
