The incumbent will be responsible for driving Tele Sales team and grow Non SM location business volume. He/ She will also responsible for analyzing day to day MIS and will share key outcomes with Sales team towards attaining higher efficiency.
Sales and Distribution
- Develop and guide Tele Sales Team.
- Increase current business volumes from Non SM and smaller locations across all lenders.
- Synchronize with existing Sales Team for day to day data and MIS requirements.
- Provide valid inputs to Policy Team on hindsight and Competition benchmarks.
- Maintain and develop relation with lender partners across locations.
- Work Closely with Sales Managers in Zones, Credit team and business teams of lenders.
- Plan and execute product trainings for the Lender’s team to build product awareness and resolve for any issues faced during product sale.
- Provide highest level of customer support to customers to promote product adoption.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure appropriate level of market awareness and targeting the right customers to build pipeline and sales volumes.
